've been to this facility for various tests many times. It's hit & miss whether you get good service or bad, & that also applies to the readings. Most of the time the people at the front desk are nice enough. Wait time can be OK or terrible, you just never know. The techs range from pleasant to rude. You might get a pleasant person who is informative & competent, or a person that calls several people at once, like a cattle call, and directs "You go there, you go there", acting as if you being there is a bother. My last few tests were all different experiences. At one CT the tech was very nice. Another, the tech had an attitude. He gave no instructions or information about the procedure. Spoke as little as possible, went into the booth and silence. After a while he said, "Hold still and don't swallow" with no notice. When the contrast started I wasn't even sure it was working. When the CT was done, he came over, didn't speak, bandaged me up and told me how to leave. I didn't notice until I took the bandage off that I had a huge red and purple lump, surrounding tenderness & swelling. That hasn't happened before. When I called the next day they checked the images to make sure sufficient contrast had gone in for the test and told me to apply cold compresses. The lump and surrounding swelling lasted a few days but it's getting better. As to the results themselves, that all depends on who is reading them. I've had some MRI's and CT's that gave a lot of information. I've had some that gave next to nothing. This latest gave next to nothing. Instead of comments on all organs shown, it mentioned one thing & said "no lumps". The reason for the CT was swelling, a visible lump, & to monitor issues w/several organs. Now I don't know anything about the organs or the lump. Not too confident in this reading. Seems to be a waste of time and money. Note: drinking fountains disabled. Also, the mammo dept often has long waits but techs are pleasant & competent.

My first time was last week, I had a chest x-ray and a sonogram. I waited about ten minutes to be called; I was treated like family. I have worked in hospitals and Dr. offices for many years and have never been treated so well by people who didn't know me. They were more than polite they were friendly and helpful. I was taken care of quickly and I was out the door in record time. I would not hesitate to have tests done at this facility.

To Whom It May Concern:



My wife had an appointment at 2pm today 6/11/15. We arrived on the dot and checked in. We waited for 46 minutes before her name was called to see a representative, any more than that and we would have walked out of your facility. Upon getting into the reps office, I asked this person if a wait of 45 minutes was acceptable, Her reply ( Don't complain to me!), Obviously not the right answer I was expecting.. I then asked her to get her manager, which she did. The manager popped around the corner and I asked her if a 45 minute wait was acceptable. She replied "Well we are a little short handed and she was sorry for the wait"



Now its two people who work there really do not care about patients that come in your door.

If this person was scheduling personnel she should schedule breaks, lunches and appointment times concurrent with the personnel she has on hand. Do not, repeat, Do not schedule as with a full staff. The person who responded with Don't complain to me needs to go to school on how to handle complaints.
