HORRIBLE!!!!!! The Front Desk has an attitude, horrible woman to work with, she does not follow thru on work order requests, in fact she said she threw it away because we did not call her back, but we did and left the message with someone else who said they would get it too her. So we had to wait another day for work to be done. Then they did not call me with an estimate for work, they just went ahead and did the work and then they called with cost. If this was my company I would fire that woman. She just lost a huge account for this company. But of course they may think they don't need me either. Your loss, someone else's gain! There are a lot more plumbers out there who do great work and provide great service. You just aren't one of them.
