        couldn't believe it!

        Horrible service. Unprofessional .bathroom ..disgusting..no soap.. toilet paper everywhere. They refused to give proper utensils . I have pictures.

        On April 14, 2008, around 7:15 am, I, James went to the drive thru on the McDonals on Hwy 80 and order a Sausage Biscuit add cheese. When I got up to the window, the young lady ask for my money which was $1.41. On April 15, 2008, I, James went to the same McDonals around 7:25 am, and ordered the same thing that I odered on Monday, which was 1 sausage biscuit add cheese. Drive around to pay for my order and the same young lady was at the window told me that my order was $1.86, I told her that I came on yesterday morning and you took my order why is the same thing I order is not the same price as on Monday. And, in the meantime we had this discussion once before about the sausage biscuit add cheese. I ask here what is the different and she started saying that I am trying to start a confusion at the window and went on telling me something about some hot cakes. I told her could I please speak with a manager. She went on and on about I was trying to start some confusion and something about some hot cakes. I told her let me speak with a manager and matter of fact I didn't order no hot cakes. She keep on going back and forward about nothing, I told her to keep the order and I spent off. She was very unprofessional and that was not customer services. I stay in Vicksburg and I come to the Hwy 80 McDonalds every morning and order the same thing. But, with this second bad unexperience employee, I will not go back to that McDonalds. I was a loyal customer, but not anymore. Sorry..........
