Hertz

Absolutely the worst managed Hertz I have ever been too. I waited in line with 7 other Gold members and others today (12/9) for 45 minutes. The reason given was they didn't have enough people working to get the cars ready. When I starting asking if this was normal I was told it was for Tuesdays. In Sept.I rented a car from this Hertz that didn't even make it out of the parking lot. It had something loose and dragging under the car, no way the attendant didn't hear it. And they tried to send the car out. I have choices and this want be one of them in the future.
