Capitol Body Shop

My son had an accident and the police called Capitol to come get the car. They were told by the police that we didn't have collision. This was on Easter Sunday. I had my son call them on Monday and a girl answered and said she was by herself in the office and was just now entering the information on the car and would call us back. She never did. I had my son call Tuesday morning and he got a man who also said he would call him back. I finally called after lunch Tuesday myself and was told that they didn't work up an estimate on the car because I didn't have insurance??? and the tow and storage fees were already at $391.62. Do not let the police ever call this company to the scene. Horrible company. I also would not trust the one good review from Zep200 on here. If you look at his profile he has given everyone a rating of 5. I believe he is paid to do so.

I chose this body shop to do my repairs because I had a problem with the rental person at enterprise in Clinton whom I didn't know knew Frank at this body shop they seemed to work hand together in making my car wreck experience a total wreck now I had insurance that paid this company over 4,000 plus a deductible that came out of my pocket I chose this company and they treated me like I was crap they kept my car in the shop the rental that was even after they told me I could pick it up the next morning telling me that the shop was open I had no idea that it was closed on Saturday because I had not looked then after informing me that I could pick it up the next morning Frank called the rental company told them that the car was there and the rental company spoke with the person whom I have reported to his boss because of treating me in a in a racist way he told capital body shop according to frank to lock my car up and not to let me have it until Monday causing me to be charged a over the weekend causing me to be charged an additional weekend fee this is what the two of them did together enterprise person plus frank who's in charge at capital body shop the person whom I paid my money to and body shop I used.there was a person there that Saturday morning and I asked him if I could get my car he said no you can't I see well can you call your boss so he can tell you what he told me he said no I said why? are you a racist or something because he was acting smirky laughing at me and acting very rude he said yes that would be probably my problem this company has been very very rude I would not recommend anyone going to this company and getting repairs done neither will I ever in my lifetime ever get my car repaired by this company again I have never been so angry in my life if one person doesn't give them service because of my review I will feel justified I want do bad for them to be recognized for this treatment of me a single black nurse.

They are the best bodyshop in the MS! Not only are they friendly but they are also fair and repair just the needed areas.
