        Overall

        My family purchased a tombstone from Jackson Monument in 1986 and we were happy with the stone. In February 2015 we asked them to add a date to the stone and we payed them $150 for the service. It is now September 25 and they have still not added the date. We have called a few times to remind them of services owed but we are still waiting. Jackson Monument needs to work on customer service and punctuality!
