We were in a rental before we purchased our new home in MI. Being from out of state, we were new to "hard water. Andy did an amazing job educating us on water softening systems, how they work and what to expect. When we purchased our new home we called Andy to take a look at our "out of date" system and install a new water softener. He was professional, prompt and installed a new system the same day...amazing service!

I was unable to find a company in Ann Arbor that services GE water softeners. I found Andy's Water Softener Service Center online, but was out of their service area. I had nobody to turn to. Within a half hour of my call to Andy's, Andy called to say he would help me. He came to my house the next morning and with expert knowledge, fixed my softener and took the time to explain what he was doing. He was courteous and professional in every aspect. He told me my GE softener was a good unit and he did not try to sell me a new softener. I highly recommend Andy's Water Softener Service Center and give the company a five star rating.
