Terry has been a member of several professional organizations, and he concentrates his practice in the Greater East Tennessee area, including the counties of Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Claiborne, Knox, Loudon, Roane, Sevier, Scott, and Union. He is licensed to practice in all Tennessee State Courts and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee. Terry has been engaged in general trial practice, working for governmental, corporate, and individual clients. He has developed a proven methodology for successfully settling a number of multi seven-figure and single seven-figure and six-figure personal injury cases, maximizing recovery of monetary damages for seriously injured clients. While he appreciates the rewards of a successful personal injury practice, he also enjoys the challenge of business and property litigation and the occasional unique litigation opportunity presented by general trial practice. Naturally, he has a robust family law practice, which includes divorce, custody, and adoption cases.
