        Overall
        I had a problem with my Son's ...

        I had a problem with my Son's 94 Honda. He's at Ithaca College and I'm 200 miles away. Needless to say finding a reputable shop to keep his car going was hard, but then we found Patterson's. They were courteous, professional, fair and friendly. I would recommend them over the national shops on Elmira Rd. I was treated well, the car fixed for a very reasonable fee. Nothing additional oversold to me or recommended that was not necessary. They are excellent. I would recommend them to anyone who lives or resides in Ithaca.
