This was absolutely the worst experience I have had at a salon. I should've known that since her salon was out of her home she was an amateur. I asked for a caramel blonde-light brown color and showed her a picture. I ended up with copper highlights all over my head that my boyfriend said looked orange. She "trimmed" the long hair that fellow below my chest that I asked her only to trim..to my shoulders. My hair is now shoulder length in the front and long in the back. It is EXTREMELY choppy and uneven. Her kids were running around and she kept getting distracted and that's most likely resulted in the horrible hair cut. I panicked and paid but immediately regretted it and started crying in her driveway. I can't believe what has happened to my hair and I have no idea if she will refund me for the damage. I now have to go to a real stylist and pay more money to have what I thought she was capable of doing fixed.
