I brought in a matted photo for custom framing. First of all the store is always understaffed. I had to wait about 5 minutes which wasn't a big deal. I was able to pick out a frame that was a bit more spendy than I wanted. I was told that it would be around 2 weeks. They would call when it was done. SIX WEEKS LATER......I got my framed picture only after I went in and asked where it was. They hadn't even started it!!! I was promised it would be done immediately and I could come back later that day. They didn't apologize. The explanation I got was there is only one part time framer and they were backed up. If they had told me that when I made my order I would have gone elsewhere. I asked if they would consider giving me a discount for the delay and my frustrations. I was told no because the date they gave me was only an estimate and not a guarantee. All I say is they have lost my business. I want others to know what they might be getting into when visiting this store.
