Cactus Salon

This place is awful. I went there for about a year, and each time did not learn my lesson. The color job they do is complete trash, big chunky highlights and patches that aren't even colored. Last time I went, I asked 20times make sure my hair is NOT orange....and it came out orange, skittle color. It is overpriced and the service is terrible. To get a haircut, highlights and blow out my already straight hair, I was at the salon for 4 hours, no exaggeration. They double book appointments and make you sit there and wait until they are done, or whenever the girls are done talking they will attend to you. Or the girl washing your hair can talk to you about her family & friends drug addictions while washing with ice cold water. One time the sinks clogged while my hair was being washed and I had to sit there with shampoo in my just highlighted hair for 25 minutes until the plumber came fun. Do not spend the money on this crappy chain salon. Just go to one that is worth it and they will treat your hair with CARE. One final thing - I had my haircut, highlights and a glaze for $300 with a tip. Interesting, considering there is no real price list.
