Beware of this place; I have been going to Macy's Beauty supply for the last 5 years.

Over the years I have been getting frustrated with her higher prices on weaves (Janet). Even though she has a huge selection of wigs in the far back of the store, the Sales reps are rude and not helpful at all. The last time I went to Macy's I had an argument with the sales rep in the back which lead to me leaving out of the store. However before leaving I advised the owner of Macy that her sales rep was very rude and was screaming at me. I walked away from the sales rep and went straight to the cash register to the owner with my product in my hand, in which Macy offered to take 7 dollars off of my initial purchase but at this point I felt violated because the sales rep ran up to the register and was still telling me off. The Sales rep nasty attitude was very unnecessary and unprofessional. I told Macy that this is not right and said I’ve been a loyal customer for years and I have spent a lot of money over the years in her store. However, Macy did not say anything to the sales rep and the sale rep keep talking nasty too me while I was getting ready to pay for my product. This all steamed from me opening a wig from the package which I was intending to buy at 55.00 dollars for two wigs. Apparently Macy didn't care to say anything to her sales rep on how rude she was being to a paying customer, just as I was about to give Macy my credit card I left out of the store and they lost a sale of 150.00 dollars. I just didn’t feel comfortable giving that much money to the store and they treated me so badly.

I will not return to Macy I or II Beauty Supply due to rudeness and over priced products. I went directly across the street to another beauty supply store (Beauty Max Beauty Supply) and they gave me better service as well as a nicer, friendlier staff. I felt better giving my money to this establishment.
