Sam was fantastic! He was extremely knowledgable, professional, and had a quick turn around. He picked up my TV on a Thursday afternoon and had it repaired and back to me the next morning. And he even had my TV updated, the channels programmed for me, and he tightened up my TV stand because he noticed it was loose.
