        Not coming back there...

        I recently went to the north lake bookstore to buy a textbook for online Spanish. After being largely dissatisfied with the class, I decided to drop it and return the book.

        Being two days before the deadline for a book refund, I felt relatively positive that I could return the book. Nothing was wrong, and according to the receipt I had everything I needed.

        In short, the jackass store lady told me that there is no return policy if you've touched the book code in any way. It was "The book is yours, have a nice day!".

        It's disgusting what they're doing to students with little money. There goes my $200.
