Laundry City

I arrived a bit before the last wash for the night. I had one small load of delicates to wash and dry. It wasn't like I was washing 10 people's entire wardrobe. I argued with the Chinese lady. She said the "Open" sign was off. It was so dark I couldn't see it. I pointed at the little sign on the door and said "Last wash is 9:15. It not even 9:15.". She continued to argue, picked up my basket and took it to the door. She said "No place here open." Two minutes later, I realized it wasn't Amigo. Amigo was just around the corner. They have the same hours and didn't seem to mind letting me wash my clothes there. I was in and out before 10:00.
NEVER go here. There are several places in Irving that are well lit, offer free wifi, free dryer with wash, large sitting areas, snack machines, etc.
One even has automatic doors- very important when you're carrying heavy baskets. They have several large folding tables to fold your clothes on and about 4-5 very large flat screen televisions. Any other place is better than this small, POS place.

Amigo's is around the corner. go there instead. I accidentally went here when I was looking for Amigo's. (I'm pretty sure most people have made the same mistake-especially if you're using an app or GPS.
This place doesn't have a sign w/their name anywhere.
(Not that I could find at night.)
Several webpages state this place is open until 10pm. Like other laundromats, that doesn't mean you can walk in at 10pm, I understand. The sign on the door is near impossible to read because they've got that grey tinting right behind it. Even when I was arguing w/them, I couldn't see it. And I was less than a foot away.There's an "OPEN" sign above the door. If you've never been there before, how would you know? The Asian women are rude. They said they were closed even though I was earlier than the 9:15 cutoff. I wish I could've found Amigo's. They're friendlier,
cheaper, have free dryers w/a wash and take credit/debit cards. Unfortunately, I didn't find Amigo's until they closed for the night. BOTTOM LINE: MAKE SURE YOU'RE AT THE RIGHT PLACE BEFORE
GIVING THIS STORE A GOOD RATING. If you're next to a Pizza Inn, you're not at the good store.

I used to come here once a week. Except my last visit was on a Sunday evening. I'll never go back to this place!! A man was overly aggressive over a folding table and I had to go outside and call the police because I didn't feel safe. The manager didn't do anything (of course, and I didn't actually expect her to) just said she didn't want any problems. Anyway, this place is unsafe, especially at night! You shouldn't have to be scared to walk to the parking lot to get to your car. Safe yourself the trouble and go to a laundry mat in a better area of town.
