Computer Repaired While-U-Wait

this shop is good. my keyboard was replaced when it stopped working and its been fine ever since. the work was done well the price was reasonable and i was treated respectfully.

Do not take your computers here. I've been going here for a long time, and never had issues before. The new management does not know about customer satisfaction. The original issue was not resolved and my computer was rendered useless. They offered no alternative to repair the original issue. They kept bringing up the fact that is not under warranty, but never gave me an option. I was willing to pay them again, but sounds like the manager wanted to flex his "manager" muscles and i would rather pay more elsewhere, but I want to have complete customer satisfaction. If you care about your money, and your computer, do not bring them there.

I only gave them one star because the "no" star is not

Never ever go to this ghost house. They will rip you off. Believe me . and more the owner is very rude. I liked to slap on his face.

Never leave your computer there ,I droped mine off to get it fixed and they charged me 160 dollars ....ok not a bad price .Then I realized it wasnt fixed I called the said know problem ,so I took it in talked to the repair guy he said no problem I didnt have the right part before but not i do .So he said there would be no charge ........When I went to pick it back up they said i owed them 160 for the repair and would not release my computer till I paid ,the repair guy was no where to be found and even though i had already paid would have to pay again!!!!! It was aweful!!!!!!
