        Pretty good company. They provided everything we asked for, were very approachable, knowledgable, and profesional. Our only issue was that our phones didn't work for 3 hours the first Monday after they installed the new system. Sort of a bitter sweat end to a very smooth install. Not a great way to start but I expect great things from BCS. They seem to have a good heart even when their equiptment or configuration fails.
