        I have been a customer for fif...

        I have been a customer for fifth third banks for many years. I have been to many branches and the Ira branch is my favorite. The tellers are so friendly and compasionate. Their assistance and customer service is outstanding!! Yuvone (Sp?) is like visiting a friend instead of strickly business. I drive the longer distances to make sure I go to this specific branch. They are number one and for sure will always have my business. Please continue to be not only a business but a friendly customer orientated bank. Thank you Yuvone and the rest of the tellers for always greeting people with a smile and friendly attitude.
