This place is NASTY, HAS COCHROACHES AND BED BUGS!!!! DO NOT LIVE HERE! THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS RACIST AND THE OWNERS ARE OUT FOR MONEY! THEY HAVE A LEASING AGENT THERE THAT WILL HARASS YOU ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A FEMALE AND GO THERE TO APPLY TO LIVE!!! BEWARE!!!

Don't move here! Management barely speaks English and does not take care of business in a timely manner. They advertise a swimming pool for residents, but the pool hasn't been available for use for several years. It is pretty much located in the ghetto of Iowa City, so most of the tenants are noisy and let their children run around outside screaming and playing all hours of the night. This is a completely fact-based review, as I have lived here for six years and most likely will for the next two years until me and my family move from Iowa. Most of my neighbors only stay a bout a year and even though I am a quiet tenant who pays rent on time and follows the rules, I am no more respected than a new tenant. My suggestion is to pay the extra money for an apartment or town house in a better neighborhood that is under more organized and respectful management.
