We made an appointment a week in advance for some new tires that were special order. My husband arrived this morning, waited over an hour, and then they informed him they sold his tires to someone else. So yeah, that was a huge waste of time and we are still driving these winter roads with bald tires. We will be shopping elsewhere for tires. Forever.

I made appointment for brake inspection. Mechanic beat on brake drum damaging interior mechanism. Then manager informed me that if he tries to take off drum it might be damaged. I said ok I will leave without the inspection, not being told about damage they did. Could not even get out of parking lot because of loud grinding noise. returned immediately they tried again and sent me out with grinding still occurring. Then they removed drum and charged me $60 for new drum. No grinding but extreme pulsating and unacceptable. At this point I left unsatified that they are trustworthy enough to work on brakes.
