Citrus Vision Clinic - Cook, Brad

I wouldnt take my near sighted dog to these totally unprofessional people. 2 months ago I contacted them because I finally got vision insurance and they accepted it. Got all of my new patient paperwork filled it out promptly and returned it. They said it would be a week to get records from a eye surgeon I had seen. To this very day I have yet to hear from this P-poor excuse of a vision clinic. And I did contact them seversl times and they kept giving me the run around. So my advice to you is find another clinic because these bozo's obviously don't know how to run a business!!! Grade F

I would give this business a -5 if possible for unethical business, no moral compass in the Eye Doctor, Administrator or Office Supervisor. I called to get a price on the exam for contacts, confirmed price just before exam. After the exam when I go to get what I went there for, they insisted I pay double the fee - NONE would honor what their staff 2X quoted me erroneously. AFTER my time investment of all morning, exam etc. I'm filing a complaint with BBB since they don't take responsibility for their staff or stand up for customers or appear to know right from wrong. Maybe it will help the next person. GREED knows no boundaries. They also tried to twist what they quoted and confirmed was MY fault! I had made it clear on phone and in person that I was there for contact lenses RX. All three with authority would not give me the RX without paying 2x the price. NO - What do they think a person gets a price prior to service for? This was not an estimate. These are professionals? Not hardly.
