Tom was in it for himself. Did not look out for the best interest of the buyers. He was rude and did not stand behind his word. He really did not care about his buyers. When it came to negotiating on price, he had no skills, could have done better by ourselves. Most real estate agents get people a gift, he did not even do that or say congratulations on the purchase of your new home! Would not recommend to anyone.
