        No good. After going over some...

        No good. After going over some invitations and finding the same error twice and telling them about it, the final draft was still wrong. Did they offer to remake them? Hell no!! They offered to give me free envelopes to make the correction myself.

        Never going to this place again.

        Vincent, I am sorry about your experience. This does not sound like our shop. We show proofs to our customers and have them sign off on them. Always, that's our policy. We have been doing this since 1994 and never ever had a mistake done after proof was signed off. Please contact me, Michael, if I can be of further assistance.
