Parkview Apartments

Save your money and find somewhere else to rent. There are so many things wrong with these apartments. First and foremost the management sucks. The manager is rude, and ghetto. If she has an issue with you she tells you to meet her at the empty parking lot across the complex. Not very professional. Also the apartments are infested with roaches and rats. They will not fix anything. Even if you put it a work order. She will have you carry your stuff out 5 flights of stairs if your moving in or out. She will not open the gate for you. Just because she doesn't feel like it. Kiss your deposit goodbye because they will not give it back. The apartments are falling apart. They don't fix them up besides painting and covering problems up. It's under new ownership but nothing has changed. They go off of whatever their manager Francesca says. As long as they have management like that those apartments will loose tenants. They don't care about their tenants only the money. The pool has been broken and is still broken. I'm surprised the city hasn't shut them down yet. They are a lawsuit waiting to happen with that staircase. Keep your sanity and save your money. There are nicer and better apartments down the street.

Have lived here since march from beginning apartment was dirty damaged i have leaks that haven't been fixed was blamed on upstairs neighbors i have mold land lord and security gaurd very unprofessional security guard tried to fight my husband infested with roaches it is quiet and some friendly neighbors just funny how neighbors do exact samething and yet call it on other people if i can give a zero star rating i would new owners but want to evict us with little ones for no reason on something they cant prove new manager just mad cause i called and was mad about why is it taking so long to fix ac that leaked water all over my house and my baby got injured cause of it DO NOT RENT HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT washing is way!!!! Over priced and they do find any reason to evict people smh

Park View Apartments is a great place to live. I have great neighbors and it is nice a quite here. I have no problems with my apartment and if I need a repair done, I talk with Susan (manager) and she writes down a Work Order. Within 48 hours the repair is complete. The Security Guard keeps the place quite and is professional at his job. I love that he is around cause I know that it's a great place and the management cares for our safety.

The Park View Apts value their residents and pride themselves in being a crime free property. Unfortunately some evictions are necessary for non payment of rent, destruction of property, or general disturbing the peace. many of our tenants have lived here for 7 or 8 years and enjoy the peacefulness of our small community. we have our ONSITE maintenance and security personel with gated , lighted parking and a pool that can be enjoyed by our residents . We will always continue to treat our residents with the utmost respect and make their homes as comfortable as possible .

I AGREE WITH THE LOPEZ GUY/GIRL THIS NOT A GOOD PLACE AT ALL THERE ARE ROACHES, LEAKS, THE BUILDING IS FALLING APART THERE ARE A LOT OF ISSUES WITH THAT PLACE.......

DO NOT EVER GO THERE BECAUSE IF YOU WANT SOMETHING REPAIR SHE WILL NOT REPAIR IT THE POOL ALSO DOES NOT WORK SHE WILL TELL YOU IT IS UNDER REPAIR BUT IT NEVER IS .... CARS WILL GET F**K UP THERE
