AWESOME company that we've used for two different homes. They take care of all our requests very timely and they actually answer the phone, which is a HUGE plus as Tenants. All their online tools are very cool as well. When we're ready to move again, I'll definitely check their available homes first.

It might seem like a good place to rent from but in the end they will take all of your money. We lived in the same house for 3 years and there was minor wear and tear. We were college students but we never had any parties and kept the house cleaner than the owners (per the neighbors). However, once our lease was up we were charged $1600 in maintenance charges. $111 for a missing over rack? We never stole an oven rack. $55 for a missing garage remote... there was never more than one and onlt 1 garage door worked anyways. $300 in landscaping to de-wee and trip bushes/trees. $486 to repaint to small walls?! That's just to name a few. If anything ever goes wrong the realty company will have to notify the owners who will then notify the service provider to fix anything so it takes almost a week to repair anything. If you do decide to rent from here, I wish you luck! I'll never rent from here again.
