I would advise to keep on looking unless you are looking for an attorney to not listen to your wishes and do what they want, but if you pay them more they will not guarantee to do anything any different. Even though you was contacted through out the case Mr. Manning will say he was unable to contact you in the end and Mr. Redman as his boss will back him on not completing his job, so I would keep on searching rather than take a chance with this firm. When I hired this firm I had debt when they didn't do as I requested and let the case be discharged without contacting me I had no debt. If this is what your looking for good luck.
