Since we are the owners, not just a management company, we always try to go the extra mile for our residents. Whether it is helping air up a flat tire, assisting bringing a large package into an apartment, or simply promptly addressing the occasional maintenance concern, our staff is always ready to help. Our philosophy of managing a community rather than operating a complex, coupled with maintaining high standards has helped us stay close to 100% occupancy most of the time. In fact, most of our new residents come from referrals rather than through advertising. As a family owned and operated business, we appreciate that our residents have a stable family oriented focus. Many of our residents have made Meridian Hills North their home for several years. Our community consists of a diverse range of people, all looking to have a quiet and cozy place to live. We stress to our prospective residents that we are not a “party” community.
