        Overall

        My husband and I had our water heater go out. We ordered the correct tank and paid to have it installed. They brought the incorrect tank on a Friday and said they would bring us the correct tank on Minday and would be back to install it then. They said they would call us At 9 am on Monday. Come 10 a.m. they hadn't called and my husband had to call. They wanted to charge us an extra 60.00 delivery fee and an extra 10 dollars for the tank. Then they wouldn't be here until late afternoon to install it. The manager then got on the phone and lectured my husband about not yelling. Heck yeah he is going to yell when we dropped close to 800.00 which by the way the overcharged and just now refunded for an extra tank we didn't need costing 124.00. Never giving them my business ever again
