Over chrged and under served

On Sat. 7-25-09 at 3 in the afternoon my family of 3 ate lunch at KFC/AW on 6440 E. 82nd St., Indianapolis, IN. I was over charged from the stated advertised price for my combo, my wife’s chicken was "dry" and my son's dinner bowl was filled mostly with corn which we all tasted and would describe as "old". I brought the over charge to the attention of the manager and her response was the computers price was changed but not the billboards and did not offer give me a refund. We frequent KFC and know well the good quality they offer but this location does not. In addition my combo was of AW and it too was very poor quality unlike many of the other AW stores I have frequented. Buyer bewares!

I have bee trying to call the phone number that is listed on the receipt (317-845-9623) and this is the same number listed on the web site, no response.
