If by chance you are doing business with Ms. Teena, stop and go elsewhere. She is not who she pretends to be. I rent from them and my yard hasnt been cut yet this year. The grass is as tall as my babies. They dont even want to go out there and play. Everyones yard around us in a two block radius, even the huge vacant lot next door has been cut. She has been telling me for over a week it will be cut. I have offered to cut the yard and fix the fencing for a discount on my rent and she declines my services. Now we have more rain in the forecast and who knows how much longer before it will be cut. I could cut it anyway but since she has already told me no, i would have to drag this through a courthouse and i dont really wanna have to do all of that. I kno it has one star but i give it none
