Established in 2002, the Christel House Academy is an educational institution that enrolls more than 400 students in kindergarten through grade eight. It offers a range of academic and extracurricular programs. The school has over 45 full-time employees, as well as serves nearly 245 program days annually. The Christel House Academy follows the educational assessment guidelines of the Indiana Standardized Achievement Test. It has achieved the Adequate Yearly Progress recognition under the No Child Left Behind act, as well as is rated as the Exemplary school by the Indiana Department of Education. The Christel House Academy is a part of Christel House International, which is a nonprofit organization that was founded in 1998.
