We (at the office of Dial One) order from this place almost 3 times a week. The service is fast & the food is usually good. Today some of us ordered the chicken & broccoli & found maggots in the food...they were bigger than the rice so it was not just our eyes...there were maggots in our food. One of the girls called & talked to the manager to make him aware of the situation. We spent $20.00 on this food for this manager to not want to give our money back to us. He said he wanted us to bring the food to him & show him the maggots. We dug the 4 maggots out of the trash can & the he said he didn't believe us & he wanted us to drive over to the place 7 show him the food to make sure we weren't lying and really didn't eat the food. The he started comparing his company to our stating that we don't do service for free why should he give us food for free...p.s. we do service for free if the problems our customers have w/ their units if it is caused by a human error from the technicians. It was just stupid. The've lost a lot of business. We'll just start ordering from The Oriental Inn or China wok.

The food is good and the price is right. The people are always very friendly and welcoming. Fast service.
