I took my ML350 to them because my new battery was dying often. They said they couldn't diagnose any problem but they discovered my telaid was dialing on its own accord so they disabled it. I have to pay about $100 for that. After few days again, the same thing happened my battery will just shot down. I have to buy a new battery even though the battery I had was less than 2 months and it kept happening. Took my car back to them, it took them almost 4 weeks to finally get it checked even though I made an appointment. After checking it, they said there's water somewhere in the car and it will cost me $4000 (four thousand dollars) to fixed the car. I told them I can't put that amount in the car. When I went to get it, they said my diagnostic fee was about $450.I said that was too much and I don't have that amount of money at the time for it because it took them almost a month to get it checked and withing that time, I had lost my job and was in a process of getting another one. They called me after few weeks to come get the car or they'll start charging me storage fee. I explained to them that I needed time to start working. The receptionist Paul, told me that he only said that so as to make me come get the car that they would give me more time. I didn't hear from them again until today when Paul called me and said I already have about $600 in storage fee including the diagnostic fee, I have to pay about $1100 to get my car else they'll put a lien on it. I protested because I wasn't told that. I promised to go to court because it wasn't stated on their property that there's storage fee or on their website. I later went to get my car out without paying that full amount and Paul the receptionist guy was so rude to me. I had changed my wife's BMW oil there less than 2 months ago and it's saying oil on minimum level. I wanted to know why that was so and if I had to bring it back for them to check,he said to me never to bring back any of my cars there. Imagine the insolence

True pros got me running when I broke down on a long cross country trip in my Jetta. Professional from the first phone call, to the estimate, to the free coffee, and the repair was done so quickly. Strongly recommend!!

Overall
This is the worst auto repair ...

This is the worst auto repair company I have ever been to. I took my vintage 1980 Datsun 280ZX here, clearly they had NO CLUE. The car ran worse after the $1300.00 fuel injector replacement (which was not needed). My car died in my driveway and could not be restarted. I took it to a REAL repair shop to have it fixed. They use mechanics from Lincoln Tech, that are NOT qualified to work on cars yet. The kid was more interested in taking pictures of my car then fixing it. They are MONEY hungry. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!
