Ignition interlock laws in Indiana may fall short of protecting drivers — Requiring all drivers convicted of DUI to install ignition interlock devices can reduce the number of drunk drivers on the road. But unlike many other states, Indiana does not require all people convicted of DUI to install such devices. Indiana also provides some people arrested for DUI to obtain temporary driving privileges. Until the legislature acts to address this situation, serious and fatal DUI accidents will continue to happen on our roads.
Wrongful Death
Truck crash with car — Obtained wrongful death settlement for family of driver killed by negligent truck driver of $1.3 Million.
Sex Crimes
Hit and Run
Hit-and-run bike accident — Recovered $10,000 for young bike rider who was hit by a car that left the scene — used uninsured motorist coverage on bike rider’s auto policy.
