They have ALWAYS done right by me. I've witnessed people that know NOTHING about cars come in an ask if they need a certain service. They have always given an honest answer and not done services not required.

They don't push a 'service of the month' like other chain stores do. To the 1 star comment.... DUH... Tires are their business and if you schlep them in from their competition they would (and should) charge more to mount them..... Don't be silly.... Do you take your own food to a restaurant and ask the chef to cook it for you? Customers like this should go elsewhere and annoy someone else.

I TOTALLY trust this employee owned place with servicing my car.

They quoted me 13 a tire to have them mounted and balance. Upon arrival they ask where the tires are from. I tell them I purchased them through tire rack. They then proceed to tell me they have set prices on tire racks website. Basically they charge more for mounting and balancing if the tires are from tire rack. Had I known this in advance I would have went to one of the other tire shops in town. All I can say is its there loss. I have my own business and purchase a lot of rubber. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and all because they weren't making enough money off of me.

Was an enjoyable visit they bent over backwards for me went way out of their way to get the job done right thanks randy
