Bob did an excellent job on my firearm parts. The engraving was just what we discussed and quality was the best. Turnaround time was super fast and I definitely recommend his services for whatever engraving you need done. My parts were titanium and that posed no problem for his equipment.

I have tried for 2 months to get a custom engraving done, and after being told it would be ready in 10 days, it still is not finished. The owner Bob is very difficult to get ahold of, and does not take responsibility for his lack of service; he is truly unprofessional. He only comes up with excuses, not solutions on how to fix the problem, stating that a service that costs less is worth less of his attention. Find another engraving shop with more professional staff who actually care about satisfying the customer if you want a good experience.
