At first our communication was a bit off (Fax machine issues) but Malcolm was very helpful in solving this problem via email and phone calls when need. We now email our request and get confirmation. The drivers are courteous and show up when expected, I have never had them cancel and when we have had to they have been understanding, knowing that our clientele can have unexpected issues. I highly recommend them. 4.5 stars!

The ride to the appointment was too fast, and my wheelchair was not fully secured. I did not feel safe, and tried to tell the driver, but he said he was running late for his next ride. There appeared to be a language barrier, and after using Google Translate, the ride got better. The ride back was much nicer.

If I could give no stars I would. You interviewed me for a Staffing Coordinator position and then asked me to come in to start the following Monday. To then tell me I am hired for a Human Resources position because I have that background. Because I was unable to perform all the duties you took the position originally screened for away from me. On your end you said “this was a miscommunication.” No apology at all. They said “they already hired someone for the Staffing Coordinator position and we need someone for HR.” I took my belongings and left as professionally as possible regardless how irritated I was. This organization is unorganized and do not communicate between each other. When called for the original interview they had said I would be interviewing for a Staffing Coordinator which is what I expected to be interviewed for and hired to be. I do not recommend working here or using their business because if their communication skills between each other is not up to par and they are being unorganized they must be lacking in other places as well.

I appreciate the kindness and quick response to all of my questions. The fee for service is great especially during these struggling pandemic times.

I use YOTM for my child's transportation because of their dedicated service. Pricing is reasonable and on the rare occasion I have concerns they are quickly addressed. Ms. Sheila is helpful and very professional.
