Aamerican Property Management

We have used this property management company for almost a decade. The original owner has retired and this business is now being managed by an incompetent individual. Our tenant always auto-pays his rent on the 20th of each month, and according to the lease it is due on the 1st. Our old manager always submitted our rent as soon as he received it from our tenant. The new manager, for 2 months in a row, is still holding our funds, and just informed me he is not under any obligation to submit our funds to us by the first. So he is using our money. And it turns out, he just informed me that his day job is a lawyer (of course-the lowest of the low) and that he doesn't have the time to take care of our business the way the prior manager did. I'm researching my options to fire this property manager immediately.
