Buckeye Surface Maintenance

I've had this company do work for me 3 times. First two were great. Last job was my parking lot about 3 months ago. Included painting of guardrails.
The painting was paid for but has never been done. Additionally the surface began to crumble within a few weeks of the work.
I have emailed Eric five times and left two messages with his receptionist (who at first said he was in and after putting me on hold told me he was out of the office). I have not received any replies in the 2+ months I have been trying to get through to Eric.
I don't know what happened to this company. They were very good at one time and now are performing substandard work and not completing per contract.
I would suggest searching elsewhere for your work.
