Men's Wearhouse

Don't shop at men's warehouse in Indep.Mo. My fiancee and I went in due to their add for $49.99 Jackets and the same pants. I repeatedly told the sales lady our budget and exactly what we were looking for. She kept showing us expensive items we could not afford. Then finally after telling her we wanted to look at the sale items for $49.99 she told us they only had maybe 6 items each that would fit but still refused to show us. This was for our wedding, it was the worst experience we've ever had.

I sort of hate to post this review since I've already published a bad review somewhere else on the internet about this store, the salesman and especially their rude manager , Joe. However, I must say that the main office did call me from wherever they are located and their customer relations department were extremely kind, considerate and accommodating. I made them aware of the salesman at The Independence Store and The Manager with their very, very poor attitude. I returned my order to The Independence Store and just will not go there ever again. I went to the Men's Warehouse in Lee's Summit and they were more than willing to be kind and they serve the public well. The salesperson was terrific. The store is clean and well stocked and they go out of their way to please unlike the store in Independence. I would like to leave a nice review for the Customer Relations department at their main office because they know how to take care of a customer. Also, when ordering online and if you have one of their "perfect fit" numbers and get Mr. T. Allen on the phone to help you, you will find that you will be very, very pleased with this online experience. He went way out of his way to even locate my merchandise, check me out and followed up. He's an asset to Mens Warehouse without a doubt. I hope that George Zimmer reads this for his sake.. Again, I would like to take back my negative remarks about the Independence store but not until they change management and that salesman. That was one terrible experience. I am looking for a place online to leave a good review for Mens Warehouse for the online folks and the Customer Relations people.but , at least I can recommend The Lee's Summit store to shop at and NOT the Independence Store. 4/13/2012 UPDATE: I must inform you all that MEN'S WAREHOUSE was very kind on the phone when they discovered the problems I had with the manager at the Independence store and they more than made up for my inconvenience. Thank you to the person in charge at the main headquarters where the owner is. They really went out of their way to please me and make things very fair.!!
