Traveled from Topeka to purchase a very hard to find M1 Carbine 30 cal. Security in place only allowing a few people in at a time. Charlie the owner was very knowledgeable and friendly. He never tried to rush me into a decision. Very busy dealership but worth the drive. TY Charlie and crew.

Stopped in for ammo. Several employees behind counter not one helped or even made an attempt to. After a long work week its not very enjoyable to go into any business and be ignored. As I stood at the register I looked to my left and to my right trying to make eye contact with one of them, when I did he looked away and moved further away from where i was standing......maybe I should have dressed better?.......had a wad of cash visible in my hand? Anyway that not a way to treat a customer who is now a former customer....as I was leaving a vendor tried to get one the attention of one of the guys that were there and I told him no its fine Walmart sells the same stuff I needed.

They are very overpriced and have no understanding of customer service. I walked in and was looking at some AR barrels and none of the three employees seemed interested in helping. I would have bought one of the barrels but when I asked the employee next to me what kind of 16" barrels he angrily yelled at me that he didn't know and could only do one thing at a time. I came there to buy a pistol and I finished buying it but I regret giving them any money and never will again. It's gun owners like the old guy with the beard that have anger problems give the rest of us a bad name.

Was just in C R sales and was browsing around as I like to do. Overheard the owner price a 1000 round case of 5.56 ammo for $700.00 dollars to a fellow customer. ?!?!?! When I asked him why he was selling this ammo for nearly double the going rate of $400.00 dollars? With and ATTITUDE, he proceeded to tell me that was what it was going for on Gun Broker (an online auction site). He tried to justify his unscrupulous pricing by saying "if individuals can get that much online, that he would do the same". What he doesnt understand is that he is a business, built on return customers and public opinion. And any viable long term business is based on ethics, customer service and not lowering themselves to the level of the common street peddler in times of political unrest. And not to mention, if we can get priced gouged online while sitting at our desks, why would we leave our homes to be taken advantage of, insulted and pay tax? I suggest you for-go patronizing a business that has predatory pricing especially when the firearm and sporting community should be standing together insuring our hobby and 2nd amendment rights! I know myself and everyone I can inform, will send our business elsewhere... Shame on the opportunistic.

I'VE BEEN TO NUMEROUS GUN STORES, AND CR IS BY FAR THE FRIENDLIEST. THEY ALLOW YOU TO HANDLE THE WEAPONS WITHOUT GIVING YOU AN ATTITUDE. CHARLIE ALSO TRIES TO INFORM YOU OF THE PLUSES AND MINUSES OF THE WEAPON AND ALSO COMPARES THEM TO SIMILAR BRANDS. IF THEY DO NOT HAVE IT IN STOCK THEY WILL GET IT FOR YOU.

Don't waste your time here. I ...

Don't waste your time here. I went into the shop in a great mood with $900 in my pocket looking to trade in my old pistol for a new one. I waited patiently while this old guy played on the computer for a few moments before finally asking "is there something I can help you with". I told him about Glock 23 as my trade in. He asked how much I wanted for it. Being a good salesman I started my pricing high and said "well I know its worth $375". This old goat was such a bad salesman that he actually argued with me that my pricing was too high and told me he was NOT interested in buying my gun!?!? What a MORON. I would have taken anything over $150 just to get the new glock I wanted so badly. I guess you can't teach an old goat new Sales tricks , lol.
