MIKE BRITE and his super crew fixed the suspension on my road weary Ford F 150 and it's driving like a dream and ready for winter

A handful of auto body shops rejected my very simple request to be seen today for something very simple and very silly. I wasn't willing to wait more than a day to get this done but Buddy's Automotive accepted me with open arms even being super backed up for the day with prior clients.

I accidentally opened a panel on the inside of my car that ended up not being a panel at all and needed to get it glued back on.Anyhow, I was in and out in about half an hour, they simply glued back together a part of the interior I accidentally broke and it was super cheap and affordable, they didn't ask for very much but I was very much willing to pay for their time and I'm happy they allowed me to compensate them for the awesome quick fix.

For now, this is my new go to place! They've been nothing but helpful, honest and forward with me, something these kind of businesses seem to lack. :)

Finally found a reliable shop in the city that ain't about gettin money. I've never been so excited to getting my oil changed in my life!

Love Buddy's. They have great service, and I have not had an issue with any of the work they've done. In fact, I'm headed back for an oil change this morning.

Buddy's is always there for me in a pinch. One time one of my coils went out the day before I was to leave for Chicago to see my 95 yr old Grandma and they busted their hump to get it done in time for me to hit the road. They've been keeping my old vehicle running for about 6 years now.

Buddy's is an excellent place to take your car and I plan on continuing to bring ours in for anything they are able to fix. He charged me half of what other places wanted to for my Wheel Hub and was completely fair-priced when he discovered further issues. No BS and very friendly, as well.

I want to. Thank the guy from buddy s automotive on 23rd for helping me push my car out of traffic yesterday you were so brave the cars were flying by me but you stop them long enough to get my car out there way just what a scared lady needed

Buddy's auto repair is the the kind of shop you can send your Mother to, because they fix whats wrong the first time . time after time they have gone over and above to make sure its right. like I said the kind of shop you can send your Mother to!

When the hood gets blown up by wind and smashes the windshield your mind rushes with bad thoughts. My wife called buddy's and not only did they send a tow truck but as well a separate vehicle to get the Mrs. 2 girls and a baby. Mike and the guys took care of our vehicle but more important took care of my family. Thank you guys for putting my mind to rest, for my business it will always be Buddys automotive. You can't get that care anywhere

Mike and the guys treat you like a neighbor (a good one) let's you know what needs to be done and gets you on your way, it's the only place we go for our repairs in Independence.

I really lucked out when I found this shop! I randomly found them because they were close to my work and I was so impressed by how helpful, upfront, and affordable they were that I kept going back.

One word, EXCELLENT! My whole experience was 5 star. I'm an single woman, worried about being taken advantage of in "these" situations. My car needed a service and they took very good care of me AND my car! Without question, I'll be back.
