I have used Extreme Cleaning Solutions a few times at my home in Independence. This is my first time ever leaving a review for a company EVER ! I just have to say how pleased I am this time, and every time I've used them. The carpet guys are so professional and so friendly. I love the fact they send me the same guys every time they clean for me. They know my home, they know the problems with my carpet, they have arranged a cleaning program suitable to my needs, and they stick to that plan each and every time. I could'nt be happier.

When I originally scheduled the appointment I was expecting the typical carpet cleaning as usual. What I got was an unbelievable cleaning, and a fun experience with 2 great techs. Thanks so much !

I contacted Extreme Cleaning Solutions when I found out that I was going to be hosting the holidays for my family. This was my very first time ever hosting Thanksgiving and Christmas at my home, usually its my sisters job. My home is very busy with 4 children 2 dogs and 2 adults. Needless to say that I don't always have time to keep up with my housekeeping and I was less than prepared. I scheduled an appointment to have Extreme Cleaning Solutions clean all my carpets and upholstery. When their technicians arrived I was more than frantic with all of the preparation I had going on. I talked to the technicians about my concerns with pet stains, pet odor, the animals had been laying on the furniture, 2 kids working in the fast food business, the traffic areas coming in from the garage etc. I think they could see that I was in the middle of a breakdown ! The two guys they sent were quick to tell me to relax, and they had everything under control.

I continued on with my preparations and let the guys get to work. After about 2 hours had past the guys came into the kitchen to tell me they were done, and asked me to check their work. I was so surprised to see that they had moved all my furniture and cleaned behind it, they cleaned all my corners and baseboards, ( which Ive never had anyone do ) they had gotten out all of my pet stains, and the only thing I could smell was a minty fresh fragrance. The furniture that I thought was ruined looked brand new and smelled so nice. When they walked me upstairs I was shocked to see that the second floor was dry already! I have NEVER been so pleased with any other carpet cleaner Ive had before. They were so friendly and had done such an amazing job.

The holidays have come and gone and everything still looks wonderful, no spots have returned, and even my family was complimentary of their work.

Thanks so much to Roger and Jake ( my techs ) and to all of the staff at Extreme Cleaning Solutions. I don't know how I would have done it without you.
