They love animals and are expert even with poorly behaved pets. Grooming is very good, and pet hotel is awesome. They even have TV's playing cartoons for the animals.

Not impressed: Way too expensive for the quality of service received and located on a dirt road, too. The cost when I called was not what I was charged and I'm not the confrontational type. Good luck.

Fabulous care and loving attitude. You are sure to get straight forward discussion and support. Ms. J is definately the real thing when it comes to being someone who cares for your pets with the same love and tenderness you would give them yourself. I've used many kennels over the years and her's has the best practical and comfortable set up as well as the cleanest environment.
