Republic Services

There WAS a time I would have given 5 stars, but now that they are a "Republic Services" owned company, Republic's billing and customer services leaves a LOT to be desired. I have been with AW for many years... NOW, over a $20 misunderstanding, Republic saw fit to send me a letter, stating that "despite several attempts, our requests for payments have gone unanswered." I HAD called AW and WAS dealing with them about this misunderstanding. The letter further stated that, "This letter constitutes FINAL DEMAND for immediate payment of total amount due on your account." I had JUST gotten the last month service bill, so the ONLY OUTSTANDING amount was this $20. Continued on next post.
