        1st occurrence ;Appointment cancelled the day prior as they failed to obtain insurance approval .
        2nd occurrence ; On day of appointment, arrived 30 minutes early as we travel 60 Miles the be on time ; when requesting to know how soon my father would be seen , they lacked empathy on our wait time as the office personnel stated we’ve ‘only been waiting 30 minutes ‘from our appointment time . Our total wait was more than an hour.
        Office personnel can definitely drive patients away. I’m sure there are other options for medical care for Imperial Valley Residents .
