Chelsea Court Apartments

The apartments are disgusting and a huge health concern. If inquire with the landlords about a big concern they are rude to you and dance around the issue without completely eliminating the source of the issue. They carpet cleaned the apartment two days before my walk through which masked the cat urine smell in the apartment. I signed the lease not knowing about the smell until two days later on my move in day. They keep doing things that don't eliminate the actual problem and refuse to seal the subfloor and get new carpet put in. Which is the only way to completely get rid of cat urine.They rather save money than take care of their residents properly. Worst apartment complex ever!!! They seem nice until you get stuck in a lease with them and expect them to take care of major damages caused by a prior tenant.
