        Do NOT take your watches here ...

        Do NOT take your watches here for service. In replacing a battery for an almost brand new watch, they not only scratched the back of the watch, but also in 4 different places on the visible sides of the watch. They offered no real apology, only excuses. They did let me keep the battery and watch band for free, but that is small compensation for a favorite watch that can't be replaced.
