AAA Party Rentals

I rented equipment from this company, the Rockville location and was very disappointed. The fountain did not work at all! After attempting to call for about an hour, I only got an automated service each time. Someone should have been available to rectify this situation. It was an embarassment to say the least, to have an expensive punch served out of the coolers it was carried in. This was a very important formal function.This company needs to double check equipment before handing it over to customers....
